Delete your account
You can delete your The Super Group account and personal information at any time. There are two ways:
- In the app — open Settings → Delete Account and confirm.
- By email — if you cannot access the app, email us from the address on your account and we will delete it for you. You do not need to reinstall the app.
When you delete your account, we delete or irreversibly anonymise your personal information, including your profile and verification documents. A limited set of records (such as safety and moderation records and anything the law requires) may be retained for a limited period. Full details and timeframes are in our Privacy Policy.
