Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and Supergroup Digital (Pty) Ltd("The Super Group," "we," "us," or "our"). By using The Super Group mobile application(the "App") or our website at thesupergroup.co(the "Site"), and by creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. The App is a verified community for superyacht crew; access to member features requires us to verify your identity and crew status.

3. Description of the Service

The Super Group is a verified community platform for superyacht crew. The App lets verified members message one another in community rooms and private direct messages, discover other members through a community directory and map, and post and browse jobs and a marketplace. The Site provides information about the App.

4. Your account

You are responsible for the information you provide and for activity on your account. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your login credentials secure, and not to impersonate anyone or misrepresent your identity or crew credentials.

5. Acceptable use and zero-tolerance policy

The Super Group has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. By using the Services you agree that you will not post, send, or share content, and will not behave in any way, that:

• is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, harassing, bullying, threatening, or that incites violence;
• is sexually explicit, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
• harasses, abuses, intimidates, or endangers another person;
• is spam, fraudulent, deceptive, or infringes another person's rights;
• attempts to interfere with, compromise, or misuse the Services or their security.

We provide tools for members to report objectionable content and to block abusive users. We review reports and act on them. Where content or conduct breaches this policy, we may remove the content, restrict features, and suspend or permanently terminate the accounts responsible, without prior notice. We aim to act on reports of objectionable content and ejection of abusive users promptly.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant us a limited licence to host, store, display, and transmit your content solely to operate and provide the Services. You are responsible for the content you share, and you confirm you have the right to share it. We may remove or moderate content that breaches these Terms or our acceptable-use policy.

7. Intellectual property

All content provided by us — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of The Super Group and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Super Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms or our acceptable-use policy. You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy and on our Support page.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
